Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking aSenior Construction Planner with 15+ years of UAE/GCC experience to lead the planning team and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6. The role involves tracking progress, identifying delays, and communicating schedule risks to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Primavera P6 skills, strong civil sequencing knowledge, and experience supporting EOT claims and delay analyses. UAE residency and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• 15+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction planning, including a leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing across civil disciplines.
• Experience preparing EOT claims and delay analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
