Job summary

Client of Pink Camel is seeking a Civil Planning Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to drive project schedules in a UAE context. You will develop baseline programs using Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinate with site teams, and ensure adherence to milestones and contractual timelines.

The role emphasizes HSE integration, progress tracking, and supporting EOT/claims with the commercial team, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-6 years planning experience in construction.
• Main contractor UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications amp Experience Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent3-6 years of planning experience within the construction industryExperience on main contractor projects in the UAE GCC is preferredProficiency in Primavera P6 and or MS Project plus Microsoft 365 Excel Word PowerPoint Solid understanding of construction sequences methodologies and planning principlesGood analytical and reporting skills with effective communication and coordination abilityAbility to work under supervision and meet deadlinesValid UAE driving licence is requiredPMP AACE CIOB or equivalent certification or formal Primavera planning training is advantageousUnderstanding of delay analysis basic commercial awareness and exposure to BIM-based planning Navisworks Synchro are a plusExperience on building infrastructure mixed-use large-scale or fast-track projects is desirableFamiliarity with ERP and document management systems such as Aconex is beneficial
