Job summary

Abridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client-facing team in Dubai. You will serve as a clinical resource supporting sales and partner success by demonstrating how ambient solutions enhance workflows and adoption.

You will partner with commercial teams during demos, articulate value to executives, provide feedback to product teams, travel 30–50%, and help align customer needs with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant RN experience (acute/critical/med-surg)
• Healthcare tech background (Clinical Informatics/Implementation)
• Excellent communication across clinicians to executives
• Ability to influence C-suite leadership (CNO, CNIO, CMIO, CIO, CFO)
• Willingness to travel 30-50%

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in acute care, critical care, or med-surg
• Proven track record in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics or Implementation
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders from frontline clinicians to executives
• Demonstrated executive presence and comfort influencing C-suite leadership (CNO, CNIO, CMIO, CIO, CFO)
• Ability to evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements into technological solutions
• Willingness to travel 30-50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, or clinical analytics within major health systems
• Experience with healthcare technology companies such as Epic
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects or teams
