Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a client-focused professional to partner with outpatient physical therapy clinics, guiding onboarding and ensuring long-term success. You will build deep product knowledge, respond to inquiries, lead onboarding webinars with clinical staff, and collaborate to implement improvement opportunities.

The role requires experience with EMR systems, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Clinical background or licensed rehab therapist.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Very strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
