Job summary

Turquoise Health in the healthcare price transparency space seeks a product-focused professional to own requirements and execution for the Contracts product, collaborating with Engineering to triage issues and convert feedback into scoped work.

You will drive AI-powered workflows, support Customer Success, complete UAT before production, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or health tech.
• Background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience triaging or managing inbound customer requests.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product
• Triage confirmed issue reports, feedback, and feature requests in partnership with Engineering
• Identify themes across support tickets and turn high-impact issues into scoped feature work
• Prioritize and translate issues into engineering-ready requirements
• Complete UAT on changes before production release
• Act as a trusted resource for Customer Success regarding support ticket status and improvements
• Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions and workflows
