Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, field follow-ups, and coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance across team members and address gaps, opportunities, and underperformance.
• Review monthly sales forecasts, customer visit plans, pipeline activities, and target achievement reports.
• Support the Department Head in identifying opportunities for business expansion, including new products and market development.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, KOLs, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, follow-ups, and resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product launches, merchandising practices, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and order-related matters are addressed effectively.
• Support receivables and overdue payments by regularly reviewing outstanding AR and following company policies.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
• Participate in recruitment and selection by supporting pre-final interviews for Sales Representative positions.
• Conduct periodic, mid-year, and annual performance reviews for team members.
