Job summary

Enrollme HR Consultancy is looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to drive B2B sales in medicine bottles and pharmaceutical packaging in the UAE. You will leverage existing relationships and identify new opportunities across the UAE healthcare sector.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and client-management skills, and fluency in Arabic is preferred. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for regional visits.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of solid B2B sales experience in medicine bottles, pharma packaging, or bottle caps.
• Deep understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong network within the UAE pharma/healthcare sector.
• Experience identifying new business opportunities and developing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client-management skills.
• Arabic speakers preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
