Job summary

Arabian Ethicals in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive product promotions, build relationships with retailers, and ensure stock levels meet demand.

You will coordinate with finance for payments, manage shelf display, implement promotions, and provide regular sales updates. A university degree and strong communication skills are required. Medical insurance and annual airfare allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Basic FIFO and stock monitoring understanding.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance repeat business.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
• Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement for maximum visibility.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize product returns due to expirations.
• Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.
• Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.
• Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, merchandising, and payment collections.
• Highlight any challenges or opportunities in the market to the sales manager.
• provide insights into the actions, strategies, and market presence of competitors.
