Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a driven Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Sales Executives, set targets, and drive performance in the UAE market.

You will coach the team, visit customers, identify opportunities, and ensure campaigns are executed while delivering positive customer experiences. This role requires 2-3 years in field sales with leadership exposure, strong communication, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Field Sales, with at least 1 year in team leadership/supervisory role.
• UAE field sales experience is preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and field activities.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground guidance and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, communication, and customer handling.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on team performance.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
