Job summary
Amgen in Dubai seeks a District Promotion Manager to lead the pharma sales team, drive market share growth, and align regional plans with brand strategy across the UAE.
You will coach the field force, design engagement strategies with the brand team, analyze sales performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliant execution of tactics in a fast-paced biopharma environment.
Residency in Dubai and 5+ years in UAE pharma sales and people leadership are essential.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of people management experience in the UAE or Gulf region.
- 5+ years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales within the UAE market.
- Strong leadership skills and familiarity with CRM databases and MS Office.
- Residency in Dubai, UAE; English communications proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Improve revenue and market share in the assigned district by driving promotion activities and leading the field force.
- Design and implement Sales force Customer Engagement strategy.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve territory goals.
- Collaborate with brand team to translate strategy into regional plans and activities.
- Analyze sales performance and market changes; adjust tactics accordingly.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost, time, and quality controls are met.
- Recruit and onboard new hires; conduct regular performance reviews.
