Job summary

Croda in Dubai seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Pharma sector across the Middle East. You will engage with pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs and innovators to advance Croda’s excipients, delivery systems and formulation expertise.

The role requires strong English and Arabic, 5+ years in pharma sales, and up to 70% travel across the Middle East. Work location is in Dubai within Croda Pharma’s growing regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years of sales experience in relevant pharma markets.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute account growth strategies across pharma manufacturers and CDMOs.
• Collaborate with procurement, formulation and regulatory teams to create value.
• Develop a robust opportunity pipeline with marketing, innovation and technical teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage CRM data and sales pipeline.
