Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks a Personal Shopper to initiate and drive a tailored selection for exclusive customers in-store, maximizing satisfaction and fostering loyalty through personalized interactions and curated luxury experiences at Ounass.

In this offline role, you will analyze preferences, recommend curated luxury products, offer previews of new arrivals, and invite clients to premium promotions and upscale events hosted by Ounass.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail experience of premium/lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Understand high-end customers' preferences in offline settings and recommend curated luxury selections.
• Analyze shopping behaviours to deliver highly personalized service and maintain a superior standard of customer care.
• Nurture luxury client relationships by offering exclusive previews, access to premium promotions, and invitations to upscale events hosted by Ounass.
• Provide insights to buying teams to curate opulent product assortments meeting high-end demand.
• Ensure confidentiality of customers' personal information and adhere to data protection standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of exclusive luxury customers and offline touchpoints to enable seamless experiences.
• Develop and grow relationships with luxury customers through offline interactions, expanding the Ounass Personal Shopping database.
• Monitor luxury offline market trends and competitors to keep Ounass at the forefront of luxury retail.

• Providing insights into the preferences and desires of luxury customers to assist the buying team in curating an opulent selection of products that meet the demands of the high-end offline market.
• Ensuring the highest level of confidentiality regarding customers' personal information, strictly using this data for Ounass' exclusive offline services and adhering to the strictest data protection standards.
• Maintaining a meticulously up-to-date database of exclusive luxury customers, including all relevant offline touchpoints to provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
• Developing, growing, and solidifying relationships with luxury customers through offline interactions, contributing to the expansion of the Ounass Personal Shopping customer database, including referrals and fostering long-lasting, loyal clientele.
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing high-end offline market trends and competitors’ strategies to ensure Ounass remains at the forefront of luxury retail, providing customers with the latest and most exclusive luxury offerings.
