Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of retail experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury setting. Arabic language is a plus; English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Showcase product features and benefits to potential customers, actively promoting sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escallate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to manage basic store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory/shortage concerns, communicate replenishment needs.
• Schedule flexibility and dependability.

Qualifications

• Preferably with excellent communication skills. (English)
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer’s issues and complaints.
• Excellent Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
