Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Document Controller to join the offshore project delivery team on a permanent basis. You will manage project and corporate documentation, ensuring integrity, version control, and proper distribution throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a permanent on-site role in the UAE supporting offshore marine/EPC project teams. You will collaborate with project managers, engineering, quality, and subcontractors to maintain efficient document control processes and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore marine EPC projects is desirable.
• Familiar with DMS/EDMS and document control standards.
• Knowledge of project documentation lifecycle and quality management is required.
• ADNOC exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document management system with accurate numbering and version control.
• Coordinate document transmittals between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Support project teams with document control requirements and archives, ensuring traceability.
