Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Media Buyer to own the end-to-end performance framework for both B2C e-commerce stores and corporate B2B lead generation campaigns. This role requires strong commercial acumen, managing substantial monthly ad spends, mapping customer funnels, and continuously testing creative assets to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Shopify.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience operating as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer in an agency setup or an in-house multi-brand corporate team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Deployment: Plan, build, and scale multi-channel paid ad campaigns natively within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), and TikTok Ads Manager
• Budget & Bid Strategy: Oversee day-to-day corporate ad spends, pacing budgets diligently, and choosing optimal bidding strategies to prevent under/over-spending
• Conversion Optimization: Audit and enhance tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Conversion APIs (CAPI)
• Rigorous A/B Testing: Design structural experiments testing hooks, visual formats (UGC vs. studio), landing pages, and audience clusters to isolate high-performers.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with internal creative designers, copywriters, and platform managers to feed performance data back into asset production.
• Executive Data Reporting: Consolidate raw multi-platform analytics into weekly and monthly executive dashboards outlining precise ROAS, CPA, MER, and conversion trends
