Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior User Growth leader to own the full growth roadmap from acquisition to frequency. You will combine Performance Marketing mastery with bottom-up growth strategies aligned to business targets, managing channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive traffic, conversions, and orders.

The role requires 10+ years in user growth or product operations, leadership experience, and strong data-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 10+ years in user growth or product operations; international market background preferred.
• Leadership: Proven senior team management experience — led teams of 5+ and delivered significant growth results.
• Analytical rigor: Proficient in data analysis tools, with strong data-driven insight and strategy formulation capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent English skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the User Growth roadmap to grow the active user base across the full lifecycle (acquisition → activation → retention → reactivation → frequency).
• Manage and optimize Performance Marketing channels — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat — with clear understanding of each channel's impact on traffic, conversion, users, and orders.
• Build bottom-up growth strategies by translating Food growth targets into key user and funnel drivers.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly user and traffic performance — identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities against business targets.
• Apply deep Performance Marketing expertise across channel mix, audience strategy, CAC, conversion, and ROI to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Maintain visibility on traffic, acquisition, conversion, cohort performance, retention, and overall user growth.
• Identify and launch the right growth channels and initiatives — including branding, ground activations, and Out-of-Home (OOH) — based on business needs and market opportunities.
