Stagwell Media MENA is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display for clients in the MENA region.

You will own campaigns from setup to reporting, develop media strategies aligned with client objectives, analyse performance and translate insights into measurable impact, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
• Experience working across the MENA region, with a strong background in e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, attribution, and optimisation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate media performance into business impact.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
