Q Communications in the UAE seeks a Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist to support execution, optimization and reporting of digital campaigns across key paid media channels. This role suits a self-driven marketer who can work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive measurable results.

You will manage campaigns end to end, translate data into insights and help clients achieve acquisition and growth objectives with strong analytics, hands-on platform experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with quantitative background.
• Up to 3+ years in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience with paid media across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality or tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns end to end and translate data into insights.
• Drive acquisition and growth objectives for clients.
• Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize budgets and targeting.
• Support testing, experimentation and reporting including A/B tests and dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
