Job summary

Salt is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and video. You will own setup, optimisation, budgeting, audience targeting, testing, and reporting to drive strong ROAS.

Fluent English is required with Arabic desirable; 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing and strong Excel skills are expected. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role involves cross-market collaboration and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across channels.
• Build campaigns across search, social, display, and video.
• Monitor spend, CPC/CPM, CTR, and CPA; adjust bids and budgets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Creative and Digital Experience on landing pages.
