Job summary

ether.fi is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing in Dubai to own how we acquire users. You will run paid ads, SEO and AEO, and improve AI-driven discovery and recommendations, judged on active users at a cost that works.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, lead creative and targeting, and build robust measurement to optimize spend and scale successful channels. Crypto experience is not required, but a data-driven, ambitious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• You''ve run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did.
• Ideally in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end.
• Define channel mix and scaling strategy.
• Lead creative and targeting decisions.
• Manage bidding and budget allocation.
• Build and run SEO and AEO programs.
• Source and manage UGC content creators for ad volume.
• Set up tracking and reporting tying spend to active users by channel and cohort.
• Cut what doesn''t work quickly and scale what does.
