ELVAYA TRAVEL & TOURISM in Dubai seeks a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while aligning with SEO, content, and email strategies.

You will analyze performance, run A/B tests, optimize budgets, and collaborate with design and content teams to deliver compelling assets and channel growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital marketing in UAE, strong analytics, GA4 expertise, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth brand in UAE/GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
• Google Ads/Analytics certifications or Meta Certified credentials are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic fluency is a distinct advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
• Perform A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting to maximize budget efficiency.
• Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling assets for each channel.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Design and launch automated email workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
• Track web analytics and report ROI, trends, and growth opportunities to leadership.
