Job summary

alist.ae is seeking a performance marketing professional to drive paid media results across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role focuses on planning, launching, optimizing and reporting campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, creator acquisition and brand awareness in the GCC market.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, test strategies, and deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to plan, launch, optimize and report on paid campaigns.
• Track record of delivering measurable results through paid media.
• Comfortable with campaign performance data and data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS.
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive mindset and ownership of performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from start to finish.
• Develop campaign structures based on objectives, audiences and customer journey stages.
• Manage campaigns for lead generation, creator acquisition, brand awareness and business acquisition.
• Test audiences, targeting, creatives, copy and formats.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Allocate advertising budgets across campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and measurable.
• Stay up to date with changes in Meta and Google ads.
• Support creator acquisition and influencer campaigns when required.
