We are looking for a Performance Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Dubai to drive performance across Sales, IBs, Operations and Retention, oversee metrics, budgeting, and training while ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver impactful reports, and foster team alignment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Forex / Financial Services / Sales Operations / Performance roles
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and operational outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Proven exposure to performance management and training initiatives
• Basic budgeting and resource planning
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams towards achieving performance goals
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Understanding of Forex / IB / trading business model is a plus
• Experience in financial services or trading industry is advantageous

We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Forex business. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple departments including Sales, IBs, Operations, and Retention.

Role Description

FP Trading is seeking a Performance Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Performance Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, analyzing operational metrics, implementing performance improvement strategies, and conducting impactful training sessions.
