Job Overview

A leading technology-driven organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager, Strategy and Performance to support business growth through strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to analyze business performance, develop growth strategies, manage financial planning, and lead high-impact business projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate key business performance indicators.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.

Strategic Planning

• Conduct in-depth market and business analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Financial Planning & Performance

• Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Support business cases and investment evaluations for new initiatives.

Project Management

• Lead strategic business projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the launch of new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Track project performance and recommend process improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic support.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, product, and commercial teams on key business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business performance, management consulting, e-commerce, food delivery, or a related industry.
• Experience in subscription-based businesses is considered a plus.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or similar data analysis tools.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides skills.
