Saint Kaizen in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Creative Strategist to own creative direction across two founder-led brands, Saint Kaizen and Invicta Kuru. You will originate strong concepts, turn them into briefs, and use performance data to decide what to test next.

You will manage editors and content partners, develop paid-ad concepts for Meta, TikTok and more, and build a testing roadmap that ships high-quality work at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience creating performance-driven direct-response creative.
• Portfolio showing concepts you personally developed.
• Strong understanding of hooks, offers, messaging, short-form video and UGC.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid-ad concepts, hooks, scripts and detailed briefs.
• Analyze creative performance and translate data into new angles and iterations.
• Develop founder-led and organic content concepts.
• Research customers, competitors, cultural trends and adjacent brands.
• Build a clear creative testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok and other channels.
• Direct and manage editors, creators and content partners.
• Provide specific feedback to improve final creative.
