Job summary

Cro Metrics in Dubai seeks a seasoned design professional to create paid media, email, and SMS creative that aligns with brand guidelines and platform specs. You will craft landing pages, run A/B test variants, and iterate based on briefs and hypotheses.

You’ll leverage AI tools for ideation and asset generation, maintain organized files for handoffs to developers and media buyers, and articulate the rationale behind your design decisions across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years experience designing for brand, paid media, or lifecycle/email
• Hands-on experience designing paid social/display ad creative
• Hands-on experience designing email and/or SMS creative for an ESP
• Strong Figma proficiency with fast, clean, and organized file management
• Portfolio showing production-quality work across paid media, email/SMS, and web
• Active, demonstrated use of AI tools in daily design workflows
• Ability to build and manage brand-specific AI agents
• Self-directed and detail-oriented under deadlines

Responsibilities

• Produce paid media ad creative for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic to platform specs
• Design email and SMS creative for platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
• Build landing pages and A/B test variations from written briefs and hypotheses
• Work within established brand systems and guidelines to ensure visual consistency
• Use AI tools for ideation, asset generation, and ad variants
• Prepare clean, well-organized files for handoff to developers and media buyers
• Explain the reasoning behind creative choices in relation to briefs and hypotheses
