Job summary

Recraft is seeking a creative, performance-driven producer to craft paid ad content for Meta, Google, and TikTok from Dubai. You will manage the full testing pipeline, form hypotheses, ship experiments, analyze results, and iterate to boost performance.

You will translate hook rates and CTR into new iterations, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with the product team while using Recraft Studio for production and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative.
• Portfolio of ads with performance context.
• Proficient in Figma or Photoshop and video tools (AE/Premiere/CapCut).
• Strong knowledge of ad anatomy, hooks, and platform specs.
• Experience integrating AI image/video tools into production workflow.

• Own the creative testing pipeline end-to-end: form hypotheses, ship, analyze results, and iterate
• Translate performance data such as hook rate and CTR into new creative iterations
• Use Recraft Studio as the primary production tool and provide feedback to the product team
• Maintain brandbook consistency while adapting tone for different placements and audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating performance and paid-acquisition creative
• A portfolio of ads that have run, including context on performance winners
• Proficiency with Figma or Photoshop, and After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut
• Strong understanding of ad anatomy, hooks, text hierarchy, and platform specifications
• Hands-on experience integrating AI image or video tools into a production workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design tools, creative SaaS, or developer tools
• Vector or 3D design skills
• Ability to write ad copywriting, headlines, and hooks
• In-house experience at a product company, specifically with subscription products
• Experience as a creator or influencer on Instagram or TikTok
