Job summary

GIG Gulf is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Administration Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across the GCC region. You will source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment databases to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the HR team to manage data, prepare interview schedules and correspondence, and provide timely updates to hiring managers while upholding accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment, HR administration, customer service, or similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and departments in the GCC region.
• Source candidates through different recruitment channels; review applications and shortlist.
• Conduct initial telephone screenings to assess suitability, availability, and interest.
