Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an ME HR Services Specialist for a 12-month temporary role to deliver high-quality HR services across the UAE and KSA. You will support core HR processes end-to-end, guide the HRSSC team, and partner with stakeholders to ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, permits and government documentation, pension and social insurance management, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through automation and digital

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in HR Services or similar operational environment.
• Experience with UAE and KSA is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for UAE, KSA & Qatar.
• Manage permits, visas, and government documentation.
• Administer pension and social insurance enrollment and reconciliation.
• Support HRSSC team with data entry, ticket resolution, and SLAs.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with People, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Prepare reports and support audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Proactively improve HR service delivery.
