Job summary

Al Tariq in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced HR professional to lead performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will ensure policy compliance, manage HR records, and support workforce planning in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with senior or specialist responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OHSE legislations, standards and the Organization Policy’s & Procedures.
• Manage end-to-end performance management cycle including goals, mid-year and annual reviews.
• Monitor performance review completion rates and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes and policies.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programmes, and wellbeing activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation; prepare employment letters and contracts.
• Support HR policies interpretation, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
• Generate and analyse HR metrics related to recruitment, performance, engagement, turnover, and headcount.
