Job summary

dehub talents is seeking a Remote HR Specialist who supports employee processes, maintains accurate records, and delivers reliable HR administration. You will coordinate recruitment, manage documentation, and assist with onboarding while ensuring confidentiality and professional communication.

In this role you will liaise with remote teams, update HR systems, generate reports, and contribute to a positive employee experience through organised and proactive support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous HR, administrative, recruitment, or office support experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
• Prepare and organise HR documentation and reports.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide administrative assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Update HR systems and documentation regularly.
• Assist with policy communication and HR initiatives.
