You will partner with leaders, shape policies for speed and excellence, and own metrics like attrition, ROI, and hiring efficiency. A 7+ year background in HR leadership within tech contexts is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP or HR leadership experience.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup, or Web3 environments.
• Led both Recruitment and People Operations teams.
• Data-driven with metrics to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations leadership and mentor teams.
• Build scalable HR processes for a global workforce.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Own end-to-end hiring strategy and improve candidate experience.
• Drive performance management and continuous feedback.
• Design employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Partner with leadership using people analytics for planning.
