Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking a Manager - Operations and Human Resources in Abu Dhabi to lead both operational and HR initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and solid knowledge of business operations and HR practices.

You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or HR management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of business operations processes.
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage day-to-day operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and regulations.
