Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations within the Dubai region. The role involves handling employee inquiries, maintaining records, updating vacation entitlements, and preparing employment paperwork across recruitment, probation, and termination processes.

The position also supports communications, performance appraisals, and onboarding, with responsibilities extending to organizing employee activities and recognizing staff contributions.

Qualifications

• University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
• 2 Years experience in HR Department.
• Good Knowledge of Payroll and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and direct employee enquiries.
• Maintain and update the Employee Statistic List and the Employee Address List.
• Track vacation entitlements via Annual Leave forms and update HR system.
• Prepare paperwork related to employment, probation and termination.
• Maintain the Personnel Office's filing system.
• Assist with employee communications implementation.
• Assist in coordinating the Performance Appraisal system.
• Maintain files of internal and external applications.
• Ensure starter’s checklist for new hires is completed.
• Assist in organizing regular employee sports and social activities.
• Coordinate Employee Recognition Programs.
• Maintain professional relationships with all levels of hotel staff.
• Carry out other reasonable HR duties as assigned.
