Job summary

A 4-star hotel in Dubai, UAE is seeking an organized HR & Training Coordinator to join the HR team. You will support daily HR activities, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training coordination.

This role requires good English, strong administration skills and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced hotel environment. The package includes salary AED 2,500, meal allowance AED 200, service charge, accommodation and transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Training, or HR administration, preferably in a hotel.
• Background in 4- or 5-star hotel environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with daily administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
• Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.
• Prepare training schedules and communicate them to employees.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding HR and training requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated to employees.
• Support the HR team with other duties when required.
