Job summary

Hilton is seeking an HR Coordinator in Dubai to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations for our dynamic Hotels team. You will help manage recruitment channels, maintain accurate HR records, and assist payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years of HR experience, and strong English communication. This role is based in Dubai with on-site work and a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition across hotel departments, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment channels and liaise with agencies, schools, and job portals.
• Coordinate job advertisements and ensure timely postings.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintain confidential HR records and databases.
• Assist payroll processing, attendance/leave, and compensation & benefits administration.
• Prepare documentation for changes, transfers, and resignations; maintain headcount reports.
• Support visa/work permit processes and respond to HR inquiries and engagement initiatives.
