Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Manager, People Development to lead learning initiatives for the hotel. You will design training programs, coordinate performance reviews, and drive quality standards across departments.

You will partner with the General Manager, department heads, and the People & Culture team to implement development plans, monitor progress, and ensure high service quality in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 2 years of L&D experience in hospitality with a track record.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training manuals and tools in collaboration with the Regional Office.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews for supervisory staff with People & Culture.
• Organize distribution of training certificates.
• Establish monthly training, quality and business reports.
• Lead planning activities for Quality and monitor improvement.
• Oversee learning and development standards across the hotel.
• Drive e-learning initiatives and coordinate with GM and HODs.
