Job summary

AT Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager People Development to lead the establishment and updating of training tools, manuals, and programs in collaboration with the Regional Office. You will coordinate annual performance reviews for supervisory staff together with the People & Culture team and ensure training certificates are issued.

The role encompasses administration, training delivery, quality assurance, and broad staff development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of L&D experience in hospitality
• Proven experience delivering learning programs in multi-unit org
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Design and delivery of learning content
• Multicultural awareness and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programs across departments in the property
• Develop and update training materials and job descriptions
• Lead quality assurance for training standards and evaluate guest feedback
• Coach supervisors and managers on development plans and performance
• Organize and maintain records for training certificates and attendance
