Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Development to drive learning initiatives and develop staff across departments. You will oversee training programs, coordinate schedules, and ensure adherence to brand standards while collaborating with the General Manager, Heads of Departments, and the Area Director of Learning and Development.

You will design content, lead trainers, and promote a culture of continuous development in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of work.
• 2 years of L&D experience in hospitality with a track record.
• Progressive experience in development and delivery of L&D programs.
• Strong communication and ability to coach and deliver feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of learning programmes and materials for departments.
• Coordinate training schedules monthly with General Manager and leaders.
• Monitor quality and audits, reporting action plans and improvements.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to maintain standards and reporting.
