Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the hotel’s training programs, developing manuals and coordinating staff development with the People & Culture team.

The role covers in-house training design, delivery, e-learning initiatives, and ongoing quality and brand compliance across departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of L&D experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to design, deliver and coordinate training programs.
• Experience with multi-cultural teams and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Compile and update technical training manuals and tools with Regional Office.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews for supervisory staff with People & Culture.
• Organize distribution of Training Certificates and maintain records.
• Lead monthly training, quality, and business summary reports.
• Drive e-learning initiatives and oversee induction programs.
