Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, part of the Accor hospitality network, seeks an Assistant Manager, People Development to lead learning, development and quality improvement across the hotel. You will plan and deliver training, develop departmental trainers, coordinate development activities, and maintain learning standards with the People & Culture team and hotel leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Learning and Development experience in hospitality.
• Experience in planning and delivering training programmes.
• Ability to design and deliver learning content for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel Learning and Development standards and objectives.
• Coordinate training activities aligned with operational priorities.
• Plan training initiatives with General Manager, Heads of Departments, and regional L&D.
• Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans.
• Assist in performance reviews for supervisory staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
