Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a Client Success professional to manage case tracking and resolution, driving complex issues from open to close while updating the client success team.

You will develop practical solutions for clients and members, communicating information clearly to internal resources and ensuring performance guarantees and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in client success or healthcare/PBM.
• Knowledge of healthcare, PBM, or benefits administration preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop solutions effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
