Job summary

Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior client services lead to ensure clarity with clients on services and deliverables, manage scope and timing through regular updates, and run kickoff meetings with operational assessments.

You will collaborate with Sales and Quality teams to identify growth opportunities, monitor profitability by tracking productivity and utilization, document scope changes, validate invoices, and act as SME to lead project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or associate degree in health information technology.
• Extensive management and consulting experience.
• Coding credential (e.g., CCS, CIC) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mid-revenue cycle operations, HIM, coding, and denials management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client discovery skills.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision skills.
