Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support onboarding and client implementations within healthcare benefits management. You will coordinate timelines, track progress, and maintain governance artifacts, with travel up to 20% and collaboration across internal teams.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience are preferred. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in cross‑functional alignment, project coordination, onboarding, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage project plans, deliverables, and drive follow‑up.
• Experience facilitating meetings and maintaining implementation governance artifacts.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing requirements and validating data.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to travel 10‑20%.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation activities for new clients, renewing clients, and TPA changes
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, milestones, and documentation
• Track implementation progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Maintain and organize implementation artifacts, including client documentation and configuration files
• Identify risks, issues, or gaps and elevate to Implementation Managers
• Validate information received from clients and partners for accuracy
• Work with Implementation Managers, Client Success Managers, and internal teams for seamless handoffs
• Support coordination with vendors and external partners for data exchanges and testing
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups for implementation meetings
• Monitor key implementation metrics and service-level commitments
