Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer in Abu Dhabi to source payroll salaried accounts and cross-sell assets and personal finance products. You will build strong relationships with employers’ HR/Finance/Admin, conduct onboarding sessions, and drive product adoption across targeted sectors and government entities.

Qualifications

• Multi-products sales, payroll or employee banking experience.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards, sales skills and computer skills.
• General awareness of competitors in local/regional market.
• Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Sour ce payroll accounts from targeted sectors and meet monthly targets.
• Cross-sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products to employers and employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR/Finance/Admin in corporates and government entities.
• Conduct marketing/kiosk/onboarding sessions at employer sites to promote ADIB products.
• Visit potential employers and finalize business deals within ADIB policies.
• Prepare Standard Credit Applications and ensure document authenticity for processing.
• Follow approval processes and escalate delays to superiors when needed.
• Process and share files with coordinators within 24 hours of signing.
• Maintain data confidentiality and deliver prompt customer service.
