Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer to source payroll accounts and cross-sell asset products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with HR/Finance contacts at target employers in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas, while ensuring adherence to ADIB policies and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

Payroll/employee banking experience required.
Strong sales skills across multiple banking products.
Retail banking service standards knowledge.
Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

Source payroll accounts from targeted sectors and meet monthly targets.
Cross-sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products.
Develop and maintain relationships with HR/Finance/Admin at employers.
Conduct marketing/kiosk/onboarding sessions at employers.
Ensure product knowledge and adherence to policies.
Prepare and review standard credit applications with supporting documents.
Process approvals and coordinate with coordinators to finalize deals within policy.
Deliver timely customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Escalate customer complaints to management when needed.
