Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance/business-related field.
• At least 3 years in payment or customer operations.
• Solid understanding of payment processing and settlement workflows.
• Experience leading teams and analyzing operational data.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team performance through KPIs and targets.
