The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supervising daily financial operations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Support audits, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.
