TAQAR CONSULTING CO. L.L.C is seeking a Payment Business Customer Support Specialist in Dubai to serve as the main contact for merchants and channel partners.

You will handle inquiries, explain workflows, and guide system usage, while assisting with onboarding and ongoing merchant growth. The role requires Mandarin Chinese fluency and English, with 1+ years in customer support or similar roles within payments/FinTech.

Qualifications

• Language Requirement (Mandatory): Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is strictly required (Fluent/Native) to effectively support Chinese-speaking merchants and internal workflows, alongside basic/business English.
• Education: College degree/Diploma or above (any major).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support, business assistant, or merchant operations (Experience in payment or Fintech industry is strongly preferred).
• Learning Agility: Strong ability to quickly master payment systems, merchant backends, and domain knowledge.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a high sense of customer service, and the ability to handle client issues independently.
• Mindset: Strong team player with good stress management and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for merchants and channel partners; handle daily inquiries, explain transaction workflows, and provide system usage guidance.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, including document review, contract tracking, and integration testing coordination.
• Regularly follow up on merchant usage and business requirements to boost activity rates and transaction volume.
• Support client onboarding (account creation, KYC collection, API integration) and provide system operation training and user guidelines.
• Monitor payment order status in real time; promptly resolve transaction exceptions, refunds, dropped orders, and payment failures.
• Handle and resolve merchant complaints regarding system glitches, settlement issues, or delays.
• Gather client feedback, compile FAQs, and present product optimization suggestions.
• Maintain partnership archives, contract information, and KYC/KYB merchant documentation for accuracy and completeness.
