Job summary

ESOL Global in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst specializing in Payments and Integrations to join onsite. You will own analysis, documentation, and delivery of wholesale and transaction banking solutions, focusing on modern payment ecosystems and corporate-to-bank integrations.

You will translate regulatory and technical requirements into detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, drive UAT/SIT testing, and ensure compliance with UAE banking standards while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance/Business.
• 8+ years in banking/financial services BA.
• Mandatory UAE Banking and Payments experience.
• Deep knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, FTS, AANI, H2H.
• Experience with API/SFTP integrations.
• Strong SQL and enterprise integration knowledge.
• Excellent BRD/FRD and user story authoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for wholesale and transaction banking projects.
• Architect payment workflows including SWIFT FileAct and H2H.
• Support H2H and SWIFT FileAct enterprise integrations.
• Manage corporate-to-bank channels via APIs and SFTP.
• Oversee TAS and RERA regulatory integration pipelines.
• Perform API analysis and SQL querying; review enterprise integration.
• Write BRDs, FRDs, and agile user stories.
• Provide SIT and UAT testing support.
• Ensure UAE banking standards and regulatory reporting.
